Marklin Digital – Maerklin Digital was among the earlier digital model railway control systems. It consisted of a full system including locomotive decoders (based on a Motorola chip), central control (Maerklin-6021), a computer interface (Maerklin-6050), turnout decoders (Maerklin-6083), digital relays (Maerklin-6084) and s88 feedback modules (Maerklin-6088). The initial system was presented in the 1979 Nuremberg International Toy Fair, and the control system was released in Europe in 1985 and made available in the USA in 1986 under the name Digital H0
