Besides the figures, your design railroad supplies will also need to include glue and paint for those numbers. You may need sandpaper to make the bases more shapely since many plastic shapes leave the bottoms of the figures ft less than flat. Shiny paint or toned paint can be used, however i think that flat color is more realistic. Now when was the last time a person saw a gleaming person walking around!? Good old Elmers white glue may be used to keep your people in spot. You may need to find a way to support them until the epoxy sets, but that is usually only an hour or so.
